A great captain, engineer, and inventor was about to finish this project, rebuilding a legendary Fairways Marine Fisher 37 sailing boat, but had to stop at the last mile. It's family and sons finished the boat, drove it down from Nuremberg in Germany via the Danube river to Varna, Bulgaria where it waits now for its next owner and new adventures.

Reconstruction work that was finished so far:

• The engine has been completely overhauled
• The two masts have been completely reworked
• 3 layers of new painting for the complete body
• 3 layers of paint for all wood parts
• Complete multi-layer anti-fouling
• Water desalination system installed
• New wiring and batteries
• Rudder completely overhauled
• All windows / hatches have been completely replaced
• Solar installation, Wind rotor, Gasoline Power Generator as additional power sources
• Heater System for winter

Extras and Specials

• Double and triple security/back-up solutiuons in all relevant systems like electricity, gasoline, water, cooling.

• All three sails are available 2 x times! Brand new and used in good condition!

• 3 x anchors in different weight (35, 25 and 15kg) with an electric winch and 80m! steel chain and ropes.

• All relevant cables, wires pipes are renewed. Engine completely maintained and renewed.

• Ford Sabre 80HP. More than enough for this size of ship.

• Two separate Diesel tanks. 300l total. Diesel can swap from one tank to another. Loop system.

• Three different Diesel separators and filter systems.

• Two autonom power cycles with two batteries each. 12v + 220v. Charged by Solar, Wind and Gasoline motor.

• Heating from Engine Heat + separate Diesel heater.

• Deep freeze, Microwave, Washing Mashine, Warm Water Boiler

The Fairways Fisher 37 is a 37-foot (11.31-metre) habitable sailboat based near 65549 Limburg, Germany.

It is 100% reworked and had only 2 owners since the beginning.

The Fisher 37 is the quintessence of the large and powerful motor yacht. More than 140 have been built since its introduction in 1973.

Sailing or powered by its 80 hp engine, this boat will take you safely and comfortably to any destination around the world. The Fisher 37s have travelled more miles than most and its distinctive profile is found in every ocean in the world, from the Arctic to Antarctica.

For those that prefer not to challenge the oceans, the Fisher 37 can be an ideal houseboat for a comfortable and free way of life.
